About me

I have been working in large German Patent and Law firms and was a partner in a UK firm in Munich, until I started my own law firm in 2022. I bring extensive expertise of more than twenty years in all aspects of German and European trademark law, including strategic advice and management of large trademark portfolios worldwide. I act before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

I oversee application, opposition and nullity proceedings as well as trade mark disputes before the German courts and the European courts in Luxembourg.
